File Comparison with Clone-View

There is a new button in Proof Studio to clone the view of a file. This can be used to compare different pages of a file or to compare the color by using different simulation profile.

Clone compare works similar to version compare functions.

File Comparison between different Approvals

You can select different files in the Collaborate dashboard and start the file compare by clicking the compare button in the toolbox:

 Behavior in Collaborate is similar to version compare.

Restricted Zoom

New option in the Collaborate upload dialog (under settings) to set the maximum zoom to the equivalent of 72dpi so that the viewer can only zoom to 1:1 ratio.

Share a folder link (regardless of permissions)

Create a link to a shared folder which is copied to the clipboard so it can be emailed to a different user - this will assume that user has appropriate permissions to access the folder.
