When you forgot your personal password, you can quickly reset it.

1. On the login page, click Help and support tab.

2. Select 'Reset it here' hyperlink against Forgot Password.

3. Enter your accounts email address.

4. Select submit to send instructions.

Note: SSO clients can not reset password.

Results

You will receive a notification sent to your email address. The notification has a link you need to click to reset your password. Enter your new new password and re-enter it. Save your changes. After saving the reset password, you will end up logged into your Knowledgewell environment.
